Exterior view of the two story brick store. Depicts fenced lot adjoining the store and barrels lined up along the side of the building and under the front awning. Briggs & Bro. was located at several locations on Orthodox Street around the time this photograph was taken. Established at 164 Orthodox in 1879; moved to 242 Orthodox around 1880, and then to 248 Orthodox around 1885.
