Vertical, black and white photograph. One view of the portrait of a man wearing a suit, image loss. Photograph is encased in a bronze-colored metal preserver frame and mat decorated and engraved with floral and geometric designs. The back of the photograph depicts the following description in cursive: "#16 Paul Blacey - a jewelry shoplifter 24 years - about 5 ft. 8 weight 148 lbs - light com blue eyes a [illegible - mole?] on right cheek. Jan 31 1861."
