Frank McCaffrey established the Dogwood Press in the early 1930s in Seattle, Washington. The press became known for its fine printing, and McCaffrey was noted for his craftsmanship.
 
The photographer and the photogravure printer are not known but it may well have been Frederic W. Goudy.
