To the left of the door are signs for an "Attorney, Councillor" and "Notary Public" and to the right a poster "Use the Mexican Mustang Liniment".
 
The large number of wooden shingles in front of the store and the loose tarpaulin on the roof may indicate that the building was in the process of being shingled.
