First Edition, ii.[1], plus 40 illustrations on 20 plates and 20p. of descriptive text, folding colour frontis map, in the original publisher's boards, with the title repeated on the upper cover and publisher's ad on the bottom board, expertly rebacked, uncut, The etchings were prepared from "sketches [made with the] Camera Lucida, an instrument invented by the late Dr. Wollaston". cf. Spendlove, p48.
