"Hackey or Bullock Cart"
"The most extensive daily use for the conveyance of goods all over India. Their construction is very rude, but strong. Two bullocks will convey 15 mounds (80lbs), four bullocks 25 mounds for hundres of miles. Daily hire of each bullock about 4 annas (6d)".
