It promotes a new ground floor gallery, instantaneous process, cloudy weather preferred, life size crayons, water colors, and pastels. Theodore C. Marceau, the money behind the studio, was located in San Francisco while his partner George T. Bassett operated the business in Indianapolis. Known dates are 1895 and 1896. The flashy Marceau was using the trendy "Fotografer" as early as the 1880s.
