Private collection of Jack and Beverly Wilgus (Beverly Wilgus, 8 August 2021) From publications and other photographs in our Phrenology collection we can identify the people in the center around the phrenology head as the Fowler family who were major figures in the phrenology movement. It is amazing that we found this in an antique mall bin of totally ordinary photographs for only a few dollars!
