Miss M. C. Secretan and Mrs. Houghton - Purchased 1966 ?, 1966.12.19

Research Notes
Research Notes - It has been noted by Bob Coutts (former Parks Canada historian) that the building 'is definitely St. Andrew's [Church] - you can tell by the bend in the river, the tower, the number of windows, and the adjacent rectory, school house[,] "Indian House" and farm buildings. Interesting that the tower is missing but then it was replaced at various times so this photo could have been taken during one of those periods' (e-mail correspondence with Laura Peers, 5 February 2014 - see Related Documents File). [PG 06/02/2014]

Research Notes - The prints [1966.12.15 - .19] are labelled on the reverse (in black ink) from 'I' to 'V'; they would therefore appear to form a set, perhaps collected at the same time. Of these, only [1966.12.15] is dated ('1869') - accordingly, the others are given the same date. [PG 06/02/2014]
