This is a so-called 'Daumenkino' or flicker book (using the stroboscopic effect), in the series "Fuhrende Mõnner des Dritten Reiches", undated Nazi propaganda. Although enormous quantities of this simple publicity material have been produced, it was just 'funny' (but even today gruesomely realistic) and short-lived. Therefore, these relics are quite rare.
