Pla Janini 1930 (ca) Las Parcas [the Three Goddesses of Destiny]
Bromoil print Private collection of Gerardo F. Kurtz Pla Janini (Tarragona, 1879-1970) was a prominent Catalan photographer and doctor. The triptych was included as a large fold out printed version in a 1934 issue of Art de la Llum (octubre, 1934 - any2_n¦17). These Greek goddesses known as the "Moirae" were understood to be the daughters of Nyx, the goddess of The Night.
