Unidentified photographer n.d. Two men are looking to a wooden barrel. The one on the lefts holds the barrel while stirring. The man on the right looks carefully, with his hands in his pockets.
They are probably glovers or tanners.
Tintype Bazar Nadar / Wouter Lambrechts (Wouter Lambrechts, 15 January 2023) There is writing on a plate below the barrel. It's laterally reversed and upside down. Only the bottom of the text is readable: "D. Anderegg [?] Gloversville NY." The name Amiel D. Anderegg is mentioned in the 1891 city directory. He was listed as a glover.
