(Nora Hague, 9 January 2023) In looking at the three Notman copies of photographs taken at Giza, I noticed that the head of the Sphinx and the slope of the pyramid in the background intersect at exactly the same point, in all three images, which were taken years apart. There must have been an exact spot from which these tourist groups were taken; perhaps a stationary camera set up permanently.
