A.A. Johnson
1870s (mid)
Albany St. North Side [Cazenovia, Madison County, NY]

Stereoview, front and back
Private collection of Dave Porter
(Dave Porter, January 2022) Cazenovia, NY. View of north side of Albany Street. View was probably taken from photographic rooms of A.A. Johnson located on the top floor of the Hobie Rouse building. The view shows the newspaper offices of the Cazenovia Republican. Arthur A. Johnson operated photographic studios in both Watertown, NY and Cazenovia, NY. Arthur moved into the former E.G. Weld studio in the Hobie-Rouse block in the early 1870's. This view is likely from the mid-1870's.
