These two young ladies obviously wanted to permanently document their friendship in the most unusual manner. In the main portrait they are lovingly posed with head to shoulder and hands entwined. An arched vignette creates a window in time effect. Two additional portraits have a diamond vignette with each woman peering through an opening in a newspaper.
