Bare is a reflection on the moment when secrets are revealed. The text, etched on to the glass of an antique bookshelf, was derived from interviews with young girls who suffer from eating disorders as they discuss what it felt like when people found out about their secrets. As one girl says, "It felt like a weakness that was being exposed to the world."
