This print is mounted on a card and titled in pencil "A Reverie! When Jamie vowed he would be home". The card also carries the printed title of "Published by D.O. Hill & R. Adamson at their Calotype Studio Calton Stairs Edinburgh". This was almost certainly taken at the nearby fishing village of Newhaven, which provided ample subject matter for Hill & Adamson. Their un-published volume on this series has recently been brilliantly re-created by Stevenson.
