THE SECRET OF COLOURING PHOTOGRAPHS ON GLASS.

MESSRS. DE LACY AND SON, PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTISTS, Sunderland, will forward, on receipt of 12 stamps and a directed envelope, printed instructions for the above beautiful art, by which those totally unacquainted with colouring, can produce with perfect accuracy those beautiful ivory-like portraits, so much esteemed by the London Artists.

Beautifully Painted Backgrounds of Library Scenes, Buildings, Interiors, Lawns, &c.' &c., 5 ft. 6 ins. By 4 ft.: mounted on Canvas. Price é 1 Is. Each.

These Backgrounds give the picture a most exquisite finish, and are invaluable to either the amateur or professional artist. One great recommendation is, they invariably cover defects caused by specks in the Silver bath, or by improper development.

Specimens of the above Backgrounds, with Figure, coloured, sent on receipt of 30 Postage Stamps.
