Interestingly, A.R. Dresser's famously known photographic legacy may be an album of 175 photographs, part of the Nate Salsbury photographic collection located in the Western History department at the Denver (Colorado) Public Library. The album chronicles a three-month stay of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show at Earl's Court in London in 1892. The album features 175 photographs, one of which is an image of Annie Oakley firing a pistol. Dresser was known in his day as a "well-known instantaneous amateur".
