(Alan Griffiths, 22 May 2020) Although this copy of the photograph has "S. Hakim" plainly visible in the lower right it is not by him. This photograph was taken by Abd al-Ghaffar (ca 1885-1888) although it is frequently credited to Christiaan Snouck Hurgronje.
