Mister the Duke,
 
I have the honor of sending you the papers necessary to the dispatching of my appointment title to the rank of Officer of the Legion of Honor.
These papers are:
 
1¦ - my duly authenticated birth certificate
2¦ - the individuality report
3¦ - my service record
