Provided by the artist - Carl Zimmerman The interior borrows elements from local Canadian government buildings of the same period. Again a building that seems to mix official and infrastructure functions. Like " Interior with Columns" I wanted a portrait image that suggested an administrator. (Carl Zimmerman, November 2014)
