Illustrated with reproductions depicting the disintegration of the Royal (Model "X") Typewriter. Tall 8vo, spiral bound printed wrappers, lightly soiled, creased. first edition, signed by Ruscha and Williams.
 
A mock "crime scene" pictorial investigation in which Ruscha (the driver), Blackwell (the photographer) , and Williams (the "thrower") pitched a typewriter outside the window of their 1963 Buick Le Sabre. In addition to pictures showing the protagonists posing alongside the wreckage of the typewriter there are close-ups of its (body) parts.
