I believe it was taken by Mrs Joyce Rumble, Harold's print finisher and hand-tinter. During her employment with Harold, she occasionally tried her hand at portraiture, which was Harold's main source of income at his studio in Reigate, and I believe that portrait is one from a series she made - I have copies of others, too, that Joyce Rumble made.", (pers. email, Glyn Lewis to Alan Griffiths, 30 May 2014)
