"We have a glimpse of a most distinguished and interesting company on board the royal yacht Victoria and Albert on the day of the great naval parade (Aug. 16, 1902) off Spithead. This is the vessel in which His Majesty King Edward has been reviewing the assembled fleet and acknowledging the greetings roared from the throats of gunds and men".
