An early photographer from London active in Singapore. In August 1861 he opened his studio at 3 Queen Street, Singapore. In a Dutch collection there is a series of 26 albumen print stereoviews of Singapore taken by him and dated to 1861-1862 that the oldest surviving albumen prints of Singapore.
