Clarisse d'Arcimoles is a French artist currently based in London. After graduating from Set Design for Performance (2008) she pursued a postgraduate course in Photography (2009) at Central Saint Martins. d'Arcimoles' work has been enthusiastically received with exhibitions and awards in the UK and internationally. In 2010, Clarisse was one of the 27 finalists selected to present her work at the Photographers' Gallery for the freshfaced10, she was also the winner of Heart of Glass 2010. Recent exhibitions include Rise and Fall, Concrete and Glass (2010), Fresh Faced and Wild Eyed 10, The Photographers' Gallery (2010), Newspeak: British Art Now, Saatchi Gallery, London and Adelaide (2011) and My Head is All Over the Place, Breese Little (2011). d'Arcimoles' next project, Forgotten Tale, is currently scheduled for 2013. The project will reconstruct a Victorian photograph in three dimensions in a Huguenot house in Spitalfields, London.
