Resources Portfolio
This portfolio contains twelve 11 X 14 prints chosen from more than 5000 B/W photographs by Michael Rockefeller. He made them in 1961 as a member of a team from Harvard’s Peabody Museum documenting the lives of the Dani, warrior farmers living in the highlands of West Papua.
The portfolios are numbered 1-25 (plus 5 HC). The revenue from sales will be shared equally by the Peabody Museum and Studio 7 Arts.
Kevin Bubriski has made the gelatin silver prints from the original negatives. Design and production of the portfolio is by Steven Stinehour in collaboration with Robert Gardner.
