According to witnesses' statements, on 18 February 2007 a black man was verbally abused and physically assaulted because of his skin colour outside a discotheque. The victim was first subjected to racist and other verbal abuse, before being head-butted and kicked repeatedly. The perpetrators were able to escape unidentified. Despite extensive investigations it proved impossible to identify any of the attackers.
