Animal and wildlife photography - her photographs were used in books such as ‘Animal Babies‘ (1959), or ‘Animals of Africa‘ (1953) where her photographs accompanied the text by the physical anthropologist L.S.B. Leakey. In 1955 she died in a tragic accident while photographing a bullock cart race.
