traveled as a child to MI then to CA arriving in
San Francisco between 51 and 53; tried placer
mining; first leased and then purchased a
daguerrean apparatus; later was dentist in San
Bernardino & D. there 11/5/00, age 75; during
his career was in partnership with Flanders in
Los Angeles, 73, Stephen Rendall, Henry T.
Payne, etc.; sold his gallery to Payne and
retired from the business; Payne con't. to pub.
his stereo negs. for years.
