Drawing Master, Thomason Civil Engineering College, Roorkee 1871-85; Instructor in Photography 1873-78. Made a series of views of the Ganges Canal.
Teaching photography at the College from at least 1870.[1] Photography had been taught in the College from 1864, ‘chiefly for the purpose of instructing the natives in the art, to enable them to show the progress of public works.’[2]
