American photographer and conceptual artist. Her series "Modern History" consisted of the front pages of newspapers where the masthead was shown along with the news photographs but everything else was whited out. Her work "April 19, 20, 21, 1978" covered the period that the Italian Prime Minister Aldo Moro was held by the Red Brigade before his murder.
