inst. street scenes look like Anthony views;
"Stereoscopic Studies", many look orig., some
copied from Stacy; views uncommon; "Stereoscopic
Gems", one view seen of cat in boot on RM;
somewhat mysterious worker; issued what seem to
be original genre, as well as many obviously
pirated views from Anthony, Stacy, Barnum; often
used blind-stamp; on RMs; made 3 advt. views for
Fischer & Bro., furniture mfgrs., NYC, showing
dining table, chairs, sofa, advt. on back.
