Studied photography with Herbert Matter during his MFA at the Yale School of Fine Arts (1957). In the 1960s he was film assistant to Robert Frank on "Pull my Daisy" and "Sin of Jesus". Photographs of the young Bob Dylan and the Beat Generation. Exhibitions of his photographs in Peru and the Andes.
