Professional portrait photographer for forty years, beginning in 1904, who exhibited as a pictorialist through the 1910s-1930s. In 1952 she donated a collection of 400 of her prints to the Dayton Art Institute and these were used as the basis for their 1997 exhibition "The Soul Unbound: The photographs of Jane Reece".
