address; early 66 joined Menzo E. Gates as Fox &
Gates at 40 and 42 State Street; lasted until 70
when Gates left to join Sherman Gregg in the
firm of Gates & Gregg; remained at the studio at
40 and 42 State St. through 73; one of the
