Italian contemporary photographer who has produced a remarkable series of black and white photographs of animals.

Artist statement:

When I was a child, at the age of ten-thirteen, I used to think about nature as a collection of animals. I loved them and I decided that I wanted to be a veterinary.
It was funny to deal with that surfaces made of hair and stink.
When I grew up and I started to observe animals, I was soon fascinated by their ancestral shapes and their unpredictable movements.
Photography is my reaction to animals.
