Single view seen, & 7 others reported, of the Austro-Hungarian North Pole Expedition of Count von Wilczek; overview of area, "Midnight Sun at Spitzbergen, in July"; others show ship, natives, expedition members. Expedition sailed from Tromsoe, Norway spring of 72, in ship ISBJ™RNEN; von Wilczek was leader, also had Dr. J. Hofer and Baron Sterneck. Photographer unknown, but prob. Hofer; publisher uncertain but French, and likely J. Andrieu, whose format they resemble.
