Studio Biederer consisted of Jacques Biederer (1887-1942?) and Charles Biederer (1892-1942?). The studio was enlisted by Diana Slip Lingerie, an Yva Richard company owned by Léon Vidal, in Paris to photograph their fetish lingerie line in around 1930. During the Holocaust (Shoah) the two brothers, who were Czechoslovakian Jews, were separately sent to the Pithiviers Camp in France and then to Auschwitz Birkenau in Poland where they died.
