Welcome
Luminous-Lint.com specializes in Fine Art Photography. It is the ultimate online resource for collectors and connoisseurs offering authoritative reference materials, online exhibitions, expert commentaries and reviews, press releases, calendars, an online bookstore and much more.

This first email is a followup from the survey and over the coming months the newsletters will become focused on your individual interests and I want to explain what is going to happen. The Luminous-Lint community has many hundreds of people like yourself with diverse interests in photography both contemporary and vintage. The recent survey has clearly demonstrated the enthusiasm, knowledge and willingness to help this project improve. Your commitment is reflected in the survey where an extraordinarily high 73% of the respondents said that they are willing to assist.

Given this enthusiastic response I want to ensure that these newsletters are exactly what you require. You‘ll increasingly be able to tailor them - so that if you are interested in Daguerreotypes, vintage or the latest conceptual photography that is the information you will receive. If you are interested in collecting photographs or photobooks by an individual photographer these newsletters will assist. I welcome your ideas on how we can make these notes both informative and useful to you.

Please encourage other connoisseurs to participate and do forward this email on. I‘ll work as hard as I can to show interesting work, educate the community and provide different pathways through the rich history of photography and at the same time explore current trends.

Thanks for all your support and friendship,
Alan Griffiths
