(Sergey Maximishin, 22 June 2021) Probably a Polish exiled to Siberia. The photographer is also an exiled Pole Julian Yerzhinsky. Tomsk, Russia, the turn of the 1880s and 1890s. After the defeat of the Polish uprising of 1863 - 64, thousands of its participants and supporters were exiled to Siberia.
