"Bill Wyman agreed to this shot of him and a painting of The Rolling Stones at his gentleman barbers in the 'West End' for the Observer's first Colour Supplement Issue 'Report on Hair' which took a team of reporters and photographers scouring the country to find 'ordinary' people with 'long' hair - I continued my search in Liverpool where I found two guys who had just come out of prison they were used on the front cover !
