The caption Miramar - Queretaro appears on a copy of the cdv reproduced in Wilson-Bareau, figure 44, page 49, and refers to Carlota at Mirmar, the castle where she retreated after Maximilian's death, and Queretaro, the place of Maximilian's execution.
