G.A. Barton was the subject of a traveling exhibition held in 1995. The first venue was held at the Birmingham Libraries and Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery (U.K.) and then later that year moved to the Royal Photographic Society, in Bath, England.
The catalogue cover from this exhibit featured an autochrome by Barton (Untitled ) c.1911
