Photograph of the interior of Moti Masjid, Delhi. The mosque has a series of elaborately carved marble arches on a raised platform.
This is one of a series of photographs from a published volume documenting the tour the Prince of Wales, later King Edward VII, made of India in 1875-76. Included in the volume are a number of photographs of notable sites in the cities visited by the Prince.
Presented to Alexandra, Princess of Wales by her husband the Prince of Wales at Christmas 1876
