(Gary Dineen, 23 January 2020) Current address is W61 N506 Washington Avenue (different from the address the building would have had in 1890). It's believed that Propp used that location until his death in 1926. The same building then housed the Ed Rappold Studio until he was called to service in World War II. The building currently houses Board & Brush Creative Studio (wood sign creation and workshops). The building under construction was a funeral home, just to the north of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Eventually, the funeral home was razed and that spot became a parking lot. And, unfortunately, we have no clues to the identity of the man with the umbrella.
