"One 1/4 size French Camera", "one extra 4/4 size camera, box and holders", "3 Jenny Lind head rests", "One Jenny Lind table and cover", "one 4/4 size iron Camera stand", one 4/4 size Photograph apparatus complete","one pair Apothecaries seals", "one glazier diamond", 20 chairs, 5 window shades, one 1/2 size Camera box and one sett holders, one large McGregor (sp.?) stand", "One large canvass sign for front of buildings", 47 yrds Brussells carpet, one doz. large Photographic views in frames, one lot of specimens exhibited in the door-way, one lot of screens in operating room."
 
Plus, "stock of chemicals, cases frames, matts, and all sold singular, other personal property and fixtures to me in any wise belonging in said building..."
 
Background notes: Tyler was located at 81 Westminster St. It appears as if he sold his goods after setting up a new shop in Memphis as an Edward M Tyler appears in that locale 1859-60 with an ad for his daguerrian gallery. Stephen H. Waite appears to be the ambrotypist and daguerreotypist who operated in Boston 1857-60.
