Wenzel, Liersen and C. Freiherr v. Seckendorf. The society was named after the Munich artists' club Stubenvoll, where it was founded in 1844. In this same year Friedrich Wilhelm Schoen painted a 50 figure portrait of the group which is now in the collection of the Münchner Stadtmuseum.
