Marco, the Zecca or Mint, the Biblioteca or Library, the Column of St. Theodoric & that of the Lion, the Palazzo Ducale, the Ponte di Paglia & the Prisons. Water in the foreground, the canal wall with stone balustrade on it, mooring posts in the canal, garden and buildings behind, gondolas on the right tied up against the quayside.
